Edgwick Farm handcrafts from its own milk in its state of the art creamery about ten thousand pounds of cheese annually. The cheeses range from fresh soft goat cheese to aged goat cheddar to ash coated goat bloomy rinds. Edgwick Farm has subtle flavor nuances throughout the year as the seasons and local vegetation change and therefore the diet of our goats, reflecting authentic Hudson Valley terroir.
Pasteurized Goat Milk
In addition to goat cheese, Edgwick Farm gently pasteurizes and bottles plain goat milk and chocolate goat milk.
Edgwick Farm is licensed by New York State to sell raw goat milk at its farm.
